Wedding Sign Designer

Design the two signs every reception needs: a welcome sign for the door and a bar menu sign for the drinks table. Same templates, colours and fonts as the WedCalc card studio, so everything matches your invitations.

Quick example: a welcome sign reading “Welcome to the wedding of Emma & Liam” — switch Sign type above to design the bar sign instead.

Pick a theme, then fine-tune with the three colour pickers. Your design saves automatically in this browser.

Frequently asked questions

What size should a wedding welcome sign be?

Welcome signs are usually printed at 18 x 24 inches or 24 x 36 inches. This designer exports a 1500 x 2100 PNG (5 x 7 ratio) which prints sharply at smaller sign sizes and acceptably at 18 x 24; for a very large board, ask your printer to work from the PNG and check it at arm's length.

What should a wedding bar sign include?

The drinks you are actually serving, grouped simply: signature cocktails first, then wine, beer, and the non-alcoholic options, plus water. If you have worked out quantities with the WedCalc drink calculator, the bar sign is the guest-facing version of the same list.

Can I match my sign to my invitations?

Yes — this designer uses the same six templates, colour themes and fonts as the WedCalc invitation designer, so your signs, menus, place cards and invitations can all match.

About your designs. Everything you type stays in your browser on this device — nothing is uploaded or sent anywhere. Downloaded PNGs use your browser's fonts, so the print-ready file may render in a close matching font. WedCalc accepts no responsibility for printing errors; check names, dates and times carefully before you print.
