RSVP Card Designer

Design the reply card that goes in with your invitations — same templates, colours and fonts as the invitation designer, so the suite matches. Guests write in their names, tick accept or decline, and post it back.

Quick example: an RSVP card for Emma & Liam with replies requested by May 15, 2026 — edit any line to make it yours.

Frequently asked questions

What goes on an RSVP card?

A reply-by date, a line for guest names, a clear accept/decline choice, and a guest-count line. Meal choices go on too if your caterer needs them — add them to the guests line, for example “Number attending: ___ Chicken: ___ Fish: ___”.

When should RSVP replies be due?

Two to three weeks before the wedding is standard — early enough to chase late replies and give final numbers to the venue and caterer, which usually need them 1–2 weeks out.

What size is an RSVP card?

Traditionally smaller than the invitation — about 3.5 x 5 inches, so it feels like an insert. This designer exports the same 1500 x 2100 file as the invitation designer; your printer can scale it to any insert size.
