Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026. The short version: WedCalc tools run in your browser, we collect nothing, and there is nothing to collect.
Your data stays on your device
WedCalc has no accounts, no sign-up, no database and no server that receives your information. Everything you type into a calculator, designer or planner — names, dates, guest lists, seating plans, card wording — is processed locally in your web browser.
Designers and planners save your work using your browser's local storage, on your device only, so you can return to a design later. That saved data never leaves your device and is never sent to us or anyone else. You can erase it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for wedcalc.com, and it disappears automatically if you use a private/incognito window and close it.
Downloads and printing
When you download a card as a PNG image or download a shopping list, the file is created in your browser and saved directly to your device. Nothing is uploaded.
Cookies and advertising
WedCalc itself sets no tracking cookies. If advertising is shown on this site in future (for example Google AdSense), those providers may use cookies to serve and measure ads; this policy will be updated before that happens, and you can control cookies in your browser settings at any time.
